4 channel card flicking between screens

I have a cheap 4 channel multiport card (878a chipset I think) which works great until I plug more than 2 cameras in, and then it start flashing between all the cameras in all windows. Almost like its trying to cycle between them and move them around the windows. I just want each camera to stay in its own corner window.

Is this a setting I have wrong or something maybe? Any suggestions?

My trial is about to runout and I will buy if I can sort this issue.

if anyone else gets this you need to increase the port changing delay for each camera. 200ms worked great for me with the cheap 878a 4 port card.
