The version 2.5 has a nice feature for all people having digital camera.

It can automatically (with a given interval) photograph and take a picture from your existing digital cameras now. So, it can periodically record images, publish them on a web site in high resolution (and in parallel in smaller image resoloutions, if need - by additional destinations configured), etc.

Especially, it is very useful for looking on slow-motion things: on how flowers are growing, how building is built, the street traffic, etc.

As always, it is possible to add watermarks, text, images (including picture in picture), date/time, etc. to the snapshots. It is especially useful for publishing on weather sites.

The latest version of WebCam Looker is always available from:

Surely this remote capture with digital still cameras, will not work with most models, because they don't support this ?
Just wondering if you can give examples of camera models that do work.

Many Canon digital cameras have such driver.
An example is PowerShot A series cameras.

But, for other manufactgrers, especially, if you access your camera photoes as normal disk, then there is a very little chance you have such driver...
