As it saves data in a csv file, where is that file located

I guess you're talking about Xeoma. You can tick "Save to .csv log" field in "Visitors counter" module's setting to see the path where log-files will be stored. Default path is: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Xeoma\Reports (for Windows)
