First of all, try the "Test" button. If there's a mistake in settings, it will tell you where - just correct it and try again. If the test is successful, then letters do get send. Please check the "TO" address (where letters are sent to) and see if the test message arrived in there. If it didn't, check the spam folder (it may be filtered out). If it's not there, try to temporarily remove the motion detector and other filter modules (if any) just to make sure that there's nothing blocking the image. If there's no motion at the moment when it's time for the Email sender to send it's message, naturelly the message doesn't get sent.

If letters do arrive at your mail box when motion detector is not used, and don't when it is used, then obviously it's the motion detector settings that block letters - experiment with them to get the desired result.

If letters still don't arrive, try to use another "TO" and "FROM" email boxes just to see if it works ok for this or that box.

If it doesn't help, please contact our techsupport and send us screenshots of the settings (credentials can be blurred). We'll see if we can help.
