Network Cameras keep moving

Hi Felenasoft!
I love the product, we have decided to purchase a bigger license and have at the moment 8 cameras attached. Our only problem is that some of the cameras keep moving their position (via PTZ) such that over time they all look directly downwards. I am pretty sure that it is not the camera (DLink DCS-5020L) but rather Xeoma causing the issue. Xeoma will also lose the PTZ icon on the preview image for a short time, then when it comes back, the camera jerks downwards. Is this a common problem? Is there a way to disable PTZ in Xeoma? Any help would be useful!

Hello!

Please check latest beta version of Xeoma 15.12.21 (http://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/download/). You can find option in 'Universal camera' module's settings 'No PTZ' in the bottom.
Does this camera work fine in browser (its PTZ)? Do you receive 'RTSP error' message in Xeoma on preview. If so, then you can check if camera's PTZ is working in browser, when it's not available in Xeoma.
