Hello everyone,
will follow not a whine but some suggestion.
The history:
Reading infos on the website before to buy any license I read that the software was fully compatible with almost all the web browsers commonly used. I tried the demo version with 1 camera and i was impressed by the usability of the system, attracted also by the multiplatform plus.
We deployed (on italian market only right now) a multi platform building automation software&hardware solution and I need to find a video surveillance product (commercial & multi platform) for the use in our installations.
Till now we was forced to use a "Mac only" solution.
Today:
I bought 16 license software, I've configured everything on sw, firewall etc, but when we tried to collect mjpg from server.. it doesn't work (the jpg static works well).
I've contacted the technical support by email, and they replied really fast, their answer to my question was:

The problem is that the latest versions of Chrome and Safari browsers can’t animate MJPEG image using the direct view, you can read this page for example: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issu ... ?id=135337 This problem was resolved, but it returned in the latest versions of Chrome and Safari. So, we can recommend you to try use your web address in the previous versions of these browsers

If with a web browser on PC it could be possible and easy to change, on iOS with Safari AND Chrome available we cannot use the product.
Suggestion
As other competitors have adopted, I would suggest to implement a second version for the jpg streaming, the "JPG Push Server": this will solve immediately any issue (or most of) related to browser constraints.
I hope to see it on the software as soon as possible.
Tnx for the help
