What is the correct way to say Xeoma?? ZEE-oh-mah, ZEE-mah, ZOH-mah? I've been saying ZEE-oh-mah, but there's a good chance I'm wrong.

Thanks for the question! ZEE-oh-mah is perhaps the most common way of pronouncing it so you've been right! In some countries they say Ksee-oh-mah which is also alright.
