UPdates for this Version of Operating System are No Longer..

I'm running Debian Jessie and I'm getting Updates for this version of operating system are no longer available. Any ideas?

I also get this on Windows on more than one computer and on Android sometimes. Have to download from website instead of update from within the program.

Also the Android client versions are out of date. Version on Google Play is 17.8.31
