Slow archive export

I'm currently trying out Xeoma Version 17.11.24 with a Demo license.
I'm using the Windows Xeoma Client to connect to a Xeoma Server running on Linux server. I'm using a full HD (1920x1080 25fps 6Mb h264) network camera, with H.264 direct to Archive recording, for my test setup. When I try to export a segment (287 MB) from the archive with option MP4 (without reencoding) enabled, then downloading this segment will take over 15 minutes. When I look at the server Metrics (Disk / CPU / Network / Memory), I can see almost no utilization. For testing purposes I installed the Xeaom Server on a Windows Server 2016 and tested the export again whit the same result. If I run the Xeoma Client locally on the windows server, the export will finish within 5 seconds.

It seems, that there is a limitation on the remote export. Is it possible to change this behavior?
