RESOLVED: multiple clients, central server for all else

Tried your program and it rocks! I have one question though - can I have multiple clients for viewing purposes and central servers that have the non IP cameras connected to it and do all the <<hard>> work?

Yes, Xeoma supports unlimited client-server connection. You can let the servers do the hard work, and connect to them with client parts to view cameras, access settings and archive recordings.
