When the Http requester is reslvoing correctly

Alternative to the Http requester
I have found that the http requester doesn’t always fire, the Xeoma support team is aware of this and putting in a proper repair. For myself I have found using the Application Runner works great using wget in the background. This is an example on a Windows box were I have downloaded wget.
