Pop-up window will appear whenever you need to be notified about an event in the field of view. New Xeoma 12.6.22 sounds like a charm.

Enhanced detection: motion detector now allows to set the minimal size of an object that will trigger the alarm or any other action you choose.
Enhanced perception: sound support for Xeoma on Mac OS X has reached its peak. From now on Xeoma offers full support for sound both in recording and playback.
Enhanced protection: restrict access to settings using password. Now you can decide who will be able to see surveillance footage and who will be able to access and change the settings.
Enhanced exploitation: automated search for IP cams with default password. Plug&Play, even with IP cam protected by password. Moreover, you can now specify your cameras' names for more convenience.
Enhanced localization: Please welcome Dutch speakers into our team of Xeoma fans! Xeoma interface is now available in Dutch.

New Xeoma 12.9.14 addresses high-demand requests of our users.

In the new version – Xeoma 12.9.14 - we have added possibility to save video to file in H.264 format which ensures higher compression rate and thus lower HDD space use.
Another great news is that you can totally reduce HDD space requirements by using Xeoma Cloud service! Allow our servers process your cameras, and connect to them with your client part as you do with simple remote connection!
Repeater service has its share in improvements, too. Now Repeater subscriptions can be easily reactivated even after re-installation of the program. Continue using your Repeater subscription on same device in any circumstances!

Xeoma 12.9.28 has a lot of improvements to offer.

Starting with the new possibility to send H.264 video to FTP server or email, to embed time and date stamps to the image from camera, and to set your video surveillance system to work round-the-clock on weekends, and ending with advanced motion detection visualization - now preview box changes its frame color and indicates time when motion has been detected.

Moreover, if you switch to the commercial version right now all your settings will be saved.

Xeoma 12.9.28 also supports more IP cameras and provides other usability improvements.

First of all, addressing high-demand requests of our users, we have added possibility to send emails to multiple addresses. Now, if an alarm-triggering event happens, you (and some other people you choose) will be the first to know about it.

If you look at the preview, you will not only see time of last detected motion on corresponding preview box and changes in frame color - if you click on time of last detected motion in main preview window, the built-in viewer will start playing archive recording from that point. And if there's something important going on, you will be able to export an extract of archive recordings straight from the built-in viewer in chosen format.

In Saving to File module, you are now able to specify maximum time of storage with a special slider to set up loop recording.

We have also added more IP cameras and improved work in Linux console.

Here are some of the new Xeoma's improvements:

Web server: now you will be able to view multiple streams in single window of an Internet browser when using web server module. Keep tabs on everything going on, all in one place!

Xeoma doesn't auto detect your cam? Try new option: run a scan with password and login to find cameras in network that are using these access parameters. Moreover, manual setup is much more efficient now, with the possibility to specify camera resolution.

Marking module now allows to enter any text you'd like to appear on camera image on preview and in archive, not only date and time.

Language switcher allows you to switch between the languages Xeoma is available in: English, German, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Russian. Also, we have great news for our Ukrainian users and friends - Xeoma is now available in Ukrainian!
