Fisheye Dewarping with PTZ, is it possible?

Postby Cukkimo » Mon Dec 14, 2015 9:12 am

Is it possible to track movement with Fisheye -lens camera using motion tracking PTZ?

I now have my ACTI E16 set up: Camera -> Fisheye Dewarp -> Motion Detection -> PTZ- Motion Tracking -> Preview&Archive.

This setup doesn't work.

Also, the stream can't be automagically detected for this camera (My other Hikvision cameras work perfectly).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello!

If your camera is Fisheye, then there's no need to use PTZ Tracking in Xeoma, because your camera already uses 360 degrees of space (and there's nothing to track). You can use simple 'Motion detector' in Xeoma to see and detect motion.
