Have been waiting for reply or support for a while. Started with SIMPLEST question, then upon research added some more...

DEAD SILENCE in reply.

To prove my position: just try to start client-mode under Ubuntu. Or try to save motion pics using Save Module.

This is not all what I've got to say, BUT WHY to give these guys ideas, IF THEY DON'T WANNA WORK? Typical russian/chinese style attitude to customers. HEY, EARNING MONEY IS NOT THAT EASY AS YOU THINK.

Xeoma supports Ubuntu, as well as you can use 'Save to file' module (if you mean that) and save images. Typical path is changable (usually it is C:\Users\Public\Pictures\FileOutput0_%y-m-d_h-i%.jpg, but you can add e.g. seconds to save more pictures (as it's said in module's settings)).

Although I've had problems with some Xeoma installations I've always found the team behind the software to be very responsive to their users. I don't think you've given Admin K and his team a chance. You'll find them very helpful.

I also confirm that support team really perform supporting even now on the holidays (they reset my license without extra workflows)!

Not sure what happened in your situation, but I've always received prompt replies. I've had a bit of a problem convincing them it might be their software and not a mistake I made, but they usually respond with 24 hours even after extended back and forth messages. Been running product for several months and it's been very reliable.
