Need Registration Info

I paid for a new license, but the one that was sent does not work (and I made sure I copied and pasted exactly).

No response via email to support about the issue, in fact email comes back as undeliverable.

I also paid for a cloud service and never have received the login info.

Hello!

What way are you trying to activate your license? Is it a virtual machine? What error message do you get? Is there internet on your PC (Server)?

As for Cloud - please check spam folder.
