Issues with viewing archive video

Hi there. I just upgraded my Xeoma host and moved the license and the archive over. Thanks to Felensoft for making the license move painless, that is much appreciated. I have however run into an issue with archive playback. The video is recording fine and writing files to the proper location. I can watch the individual files with the totem viewer but whenever I try to click on a blue tick mark in the archive viewer timeline I get a "Decoding is in progress please wait" message and then the slider moves all the way to the right to reach end of the archive. I am using Xeoma version 15.12.30. Let me know how to troubleshoot this.

Not getting any help with my problem. Thinking its time to try an uninstall and reinstall of xeoma, is there a documented method to do so for an ubuntu installation?

Did you try to update your version? Maybe this happens because of the older footage that you transferred. Please check that archive is overwritten. Is Client and Server Xeoma are of the same version?
