No footage in camera archive

Hi all,
I have Xeoma 16.6.6 set up on a Linux server using four IP cameras configured to record when motion is detected. Three of the cameras are working fine (two Foscams and a Dahua) and there is archive footage available for them. The fourth (a Hikvision), however, doesn't seem to be retaining any footage. I've seen it record and the archive footage is there briefly but then it disappears. It's Preview+Archive directory is always empty when I check.
The camera's Preview/Archive module is set with the standard defaults (retain no more than an hour of footage and unlimited maximum archive) and there is plenty of hard drive space available. The file permissions on the Preview+Archive directory seem fine as well.
Any idea how to fix this issue?
Thanks.
