September no play back recording

When I go to playback the recording and I view the past two weeks in August, but I have no recording September.
Strange. It has Rec on the screen.

I had to delete all the camera's and reinstall the camera's again. Strange.

Could you please clarify, what version of Xeoma you are using? What is your OS? Does the client have the same version of Xeoma as the server?
Please make sure that the module Preview and Archive is present in the chain and that it is enabled. If the module's symbol is not outlined in white, it is disabled.

I am using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Xeoma 16.8.17 standard.

Still no luck with one of the camera's, telling me no play back archive. Should I try and reinstall the software?

I had to remove all the camera's again. One of my cameras couldn't find the archive. This time it is working fine. I don't now why this happen, but it is working now.
