Licensed server on one server and using client on another

My problem is that the client always shows as a trial version with only trial features. If I try to change archive facing from 1 hour to 30 days, the settings don't appear to stick. Am I doing something wrong?

edit: Ok, now it is showing up as Standard edition which is what I got, but now cameras don't show up and just says "waiting on camera" until i click on it and it shows the camera but when I goto grid mode all the action stops and I only have a still picture.

edit2: Ok. I got it fixed. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it. It works fine now and the problems are gone. Thanks for the work on this program.
