mp4 file name meaning

I am using Xeoma beta version 18.2.2 on Mint Linux. When the detected motion video is saved, it gets a file name in this format: 0851_47_56.mp4
I realize the last two digits (56 in my example) are the length in seconds of the video. But the 0851_47 don't seem to correlate to anything. It seems as if this would be a time stamp but it doesn't match with the time of the video.
So, how does Xeoma determine a file name?
Thanks,
Terry

Hello! For .mp4 files in the archive the names are made like this: number of the minute from day start_number of the second within that minute_length (in seconds).
N.B. The time is based off UTC, independent of your server's time zone. The same is true for the folder names.
