You can easily do it with the help of Web Server module in Xeoma Video Surveillance Software (see https://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/). Just build up a chain of modules containing video source (camera) and Web Server. In the settings of the module you will find a link that you can use to access live video stream or dynamically updated pictures transmitted by this copy of Xeoma. Paste this link into any browser to watch live MJPEG stream/snapshots or insert the link into your site to broadcast video and images.
