Feature-request: official docker image

Hi - there are couple docker images for xeoma in dockerhub, but imho it would be the best if official image is provided with documentation.

I recommend using coppit's docker repository. Right now I personally prefer the Xeoma devs focus on their software updates. I think the community is better focused on handling this until the Xeoma team grows.

I've been using coppit's repository for a while now and it's been great. Every time I have had issues he has resolved them quickly.
