Time on files setting

I have come to realise that the time on each video file is about 5 hours behind BST. E.g: 0554_27_11 is about 10.16 am in the UK. Is there somewhere where file name time can be changed.

Hello! The filenames are based off UTC, which is 1 hour behind BST. In your example: 554 is the number of the minute from day start = ~9:15
Unfortunately, this can't be changed - the whole archive system hinges upon this.
