As it saves data in a csv file, where is that file located please.

Hello! The file is kept where you sepcify under the checkbox (see screenshot1). The default paths are:
Windows: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Xeoma\Reports
Linux: /usr/local/Xeoma/Reports

Thanks for the reply, and yes, if I had scrolled down a bit on the Visitor Counter page I would have seen where the file is stored, doh!

Although it is set to reset the counter every 1 day, in the actual file, there is over 2000 listings starting from the day in December when I added the module. Do I need to do anything else.

Has the slider been set to this value just now? If so - you may need to wait until the specified time of the next day before Xeoma wipes the report.
If the slider has been like this for more than a day and still the report is full - you may want to report this over e-mail and attach your settings.dat file.
