Please help!
When I watch recordings in Xeoma archive I realise that some sections are missing. The footage seems to skip some moments sometimes lasting for a minute or longer according to the timescale. How can I fix it? What can be the problem here?

Check motion detector settings?

Most likely it is the wrong settings issue. Some frames may be 'missing' if you have set the post-recording option of motion detector to zero which means that after the motion event ends, system immediately stops recording until the next motion event. Also not sufficient level of sensitivity may result in not every motion being captured. Make sure you have set your motion detector right and let us know if that is not the issue.
