Hi..

A few weeks ago it appears my cameras stopped recording.. I am seeing an error message every few minutes that says:

"Archive is not being recorded! Failed to generate the resulting file name (TMP22130.mkv0304_00_59.mkv)".. All cameras.

I have tried changing the path.. same error occurs. I am on Linux running 18.11.21. A check for updates reports this is the latest version.

Not happy.. had to update to the Beta of 19.3.7 in Linux to get this fixed.. AND had to purchase a new licence to do that.

So I'm not on my own then, as I have been getting simalar error messages with my cameras. I don't see how we should pay for a new licence to upgrade and get the errors fixed.

I've sent Support an email.. no response yet. I purchased a monthly license to get this sorted, I'll be looking for a credit on my account to resolve this.
