Time on the playback progress bar display the wrong time

The time on the progress bar is 24 or 25 minutes ahead of the real recording time. It happens on Linux and Windows last stable version (18.11.21).

Hello! While connected to the server, please have a look at Main menu -> Remote access -> Users - make sure that your exact time zone is selected.
