Issue with applying update renewal

Hi,

In July of 2017 I originally purchased a standard license for 4 cameras.
During troubleshooting of some issues, I purchased a new standard 2 camera license and have been operating with just this license on a new installation.

Today I purchased updates renewal for 4 cameras/one year. I applied the registration code using the MENU --> REGISTRATION option.

Afterwards, I attempted to apply the original Standard 4 camera license and receive a message which states it cannot be applied because the version is too new.

Did I somehow miss something or do something wrong? How can this be corrected?

1. Please reset your licenses using web site:
https://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/support/activation-issues/license-reset/
or send a request to support@felenasoft.com
2. Activate your license keys. Launch Xeoma -> go to Main Menu -> Registration -> Activate all your license keys, enter them all together via ";" .
