Hello!

Is NVR connected to a computer that can be used as a Server?

If you'd like to install Xeoma into NVR, you can try to use Linux version: https://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/download/

Cameras, connected to the NVR/DVR can be added in Xeoma via '+' menu - Add new camera manually:

URLs for DVRs/NVRs usually contain different camera number/stream/channel.

For example:

rtsp://192.168.1.102:554/PSIA/streaming/channels/301 (where 3 - camera number and 1 - number of the sream (1 - higher resolution stream, 2 - lower))

or

rtsp://192.168.1.102:554/PSIA/streaming/channels/1 - for 1st cam rtsp://192.168.1.102:554/PSIA/streaming/channels/2 - for 2nd etc.

You can check detailed info in DVR's documentation.

Hello!

The NVR is a computer used as a Server, but OS is Windows 7 (no server)
The computer have an array with 8 HDs Purple series but Xeoma don´t found the array.
I have 20 cameras (Arecont and Sony), but Xeoma don´t found all cameras, by example, it don´t found Arecont Camera.

Then, the solution is use Linux version?

Thank you very much.

Hello,

Please contact us via email and provide additional details, we'll be happy to help and reply faster, because forum is created mainly for our users to communicate: https://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/contacts/

Cameras in Xeoma can be added via '+' menu - Simple search for local cameras (if cameras are in your local network)

or using '+' - Search by ip/password - specify ip address of the camera, login/password and port (if it's a default 554 or 80 port, you can leave this field blank)

You need to make sure that your camera can be seen in browser using its ip address (http://IP_ADDRESS:PORT). Can you see image from camera in browser?
