i guess this is where we report bugs
the last 3 icon on the bottom right is not correct when you press the help icon
E-map now says ptz control
ptz-control now says screenshot
and screenshot has no help arrow pointing to the camera icon.

windows>visualization
i have 2 camera and they have the camera name and ip address showing But
they dont show at the same time when looking at both camera.
if my cursor is over the left camera view >the ip and camera name show on the right
now if my cursor is on the right camera it does not show camera name and ip
it shows the left camera info

Here is a suggestion
motion detector polygon Masking Much faster and more accurate.
i would include this with your paint mask because i like both

motion detector with a few ideas.
no more infill colors so you can see what your doing,
all so change shape of the box to best fit your object,
the min and max now has value numbers you can use to recall for later

doc the panel on the left so you can see what ALL is being triggered

another with mask options

take note a few of these module can have 2 or more function in 1 module instead of having separate modules
because they all are related to> motion

ptz controller, if you use the arrow to pan or use the hand icon and drag it slides past where you want it to stop
and if you slow down the speed it helps but now it takes for ever to pan from the far right to the far left.
by default if you hoover your cursor on the far right of the video a icon arrow should appears and indicate as a right arrow icon
do this or every postion > right/left/top/bottom
your arrow icons are to close to each other.
the method above makes you feel like your just clicking a screen area rather then clicking a icon
because you really dont need to click the right arrow icon you can click any where near it.

by default the scroll mouse wheel should all ways be active to zoom in or out
and zoom in the area your cursor is at so if my cursor hand is pointing on a person face
and hes on the right side of the screen then it zooms into his face because my cursor on his face
and then use the scroll mouse wheel to zoom in,
or click on his face like digital zoom but use optical zoom, allowing 4 clicks to zoom in each time
and double click to zoom to the original

the presets are based on number
1
2
3
4

now if i have 15 presets hard to tell what they do when you see only numbers.
the right way
1-right
2-left and have the naming show in the preset

cant get the + or - zoom focus to work it does nothing.
the main part of this program is has some kind of desent navagtion control
and this is far from it, im having to use other software ptz control from other software to control xemoa veiwer.
not really saying any thing bad about the software but its not all that good to move the camera or any other settings
and putting a restriction on the PTZ control on what version of the software you use i dont think is a very good idea at all.

the onvif camera setting for like bright/contrast/sharpness
should be a icon on the bottom title bar for faster access
and once a slider is moved like brightness it would automatically update with out having to click a button to confirm
because then you have to wait to see new changes.
move the brightness slider and let go and the new changes takes effect
