We're expanding our support time!

Our support hours for support over the phone and online chat have been expanded!

Here's the new list of what kinds of support media are available at which time:

1. Regular business hours: Mon-Fri 10 am - 5 pm GMT+2. (or 4 am-11 am EDT/GMT-4)
Available: emails, phone calls, online chat, calls through messengers, webinars/training, remote sessions, forum, etc.

2. Additional phone time: Mon-Fri 7pm-10pm GMT+2. (or 1 pm-4 pm EDT/GMT-4)
Available: phone calls, emails.

3. Additional Phone and Online chat time: Mon-Fri 7:30am-10am GMT+2. (or 1:30am - 4am EDT/GMT-4)
Available: phone calls, online chat, emails.

4. Additional Phone and Online chat time: Mon-Fri 10pm-12am GMT+2. (or 4 pm-6 pm EDT/GMT-4)
Available: phone calls, online chat, emails.

5. Any day, any time: Emails, Online resources (User Manual, Videos, F.A.Q.s, Forum)

We're expanding our support hours to cover more time zones and be able to provide urgent help to more of Xeoma users. We hope that you like how we grow together!
