Version 24.2.14 - Takes 60 seconds to get image from cameras

I have Xeoma Standard installed in an Ubuntu 20.04 LTS server with 4 cameras. I've just recently updated Xeoma to version 24.2.14 from 23.8.10.

If I connect from my android phone, everything works smoothly, but if I connect from my Lenovo T480s laptop running Linux Mint 20, I get "Waiting for image from camera ..." for about 40 to 60 seconds, before getting the actual images. I went back to 23.8.10 in my laptop and cameras work correctly, I get the images as soon as Xeoma starts (I get a complaint about the version, but it still works).

So it seems that someting is wrong in the Linux 64bits 24.2.14 version of Xeoma or maybe there is a setting that has changed and I need to do something to fix it.

Hi,

To begin with, we recommend you to turn off hardware acceleratuin on the Client side. To this, please open Xeoma, click an icon with 4 squares in the lower panel (the most right), then Client decoding settings and there in the filed 'Hardware acceleration of video decoding on the client side' choose "Disabled". Did it help?

If the abovementioned didn't help, please tell us your camera model, so that we can check and test it on our side.
