cannot turn repeater on...

I am on Xeoma 12.10.26 free version (also tried on trial version).
I have a server + client install on an Ubuntu 12.04 computer. I can properly stream my camera output on the local client....

I'd like to use a client on my macbook computer to visualize my camera remotely.

On the Ubuntu server, in the repeater settings, I click on "turn repeater on". The tick box will be ticked for a while, with the spinning wheel in the middle of the window, and then the tick box gets unticked.

Seems there is no way yo turn the repeater on...
What's going wrong?

First of all, please update your version of the program. Newer release can be downloaded from our official site.

Then this can happen if there is intermittent Internet connection. Please try to tick the box a couple of times more to see if it helps.
