Audio Clicking Sound

Added a vivotek IP8162P camera to xeoma and getting strange results. There is a constant ticking sound in the audio, but only in xeoma, audio is perfect when browsing to the cam in safari. I have 5 cams on a gigabit network cisco switch and running xeoma on an up to date osx / mac pro. tried sending audio from the cam with AAC in various bit rates with similar results. the clicking sound changes frequency but is always there. Any ideas?

Are you using the latest version of Xeoma (available on our site)? If you are and still getting troubles with sound, please contact our support and open up access to your camera so that we could check what is causing it.
