So, I installed Xeoma on my home system recently, hoping to be able to access it remotely during an upcoming business trip. Now I'm on the trip, but when I try the remote access it tells me I need the client version 12.11.9. Well, no problem -- I'll just download and install that version. Problem: there doesn't seem to be any links to that version on your web-site. How do I get it?

We only have the recent version on our site.

Please contact us with an indication of what OS you use Xeoma on and whether it is 32 or 64 bit. We'll send you Xeoma 12.11.9 and you'll be able to connect to the remote machine.

What do you mean? In what way isn't it available?
The latest version is always available at http://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/download/
What site are you trying to download the file from? If it's ours, what message do you get?
Could you check - perhaps, these are your antivirus/web browser privacy and security settings that don't let you download the file?
