problems with pci card 4 chips 8 channels

I have a pci card with 4 chips BT and 8 channels, xeoma detects 8 inputs but only works with first 4 channels, in the same system are working zoneminzer and works all channels
it´s installed over ubuntu server 12 and i try some configurations in /etc/modprobe.d/bttv.conf, options bttv card=77,77,77,77 and try many more.
any advice, thanks

what dev devices does Zoneminder say it works with?

dev/video0 chanel 0
dev/video1 chanel 0
dev/video2 chanel 0
dev/video3 chanel 0
dev/video0 chanel 1
dev/video1 chanel 1
dev/video2 chanel 1
dev/video3 chanel 1
in xeoma detects /dev/vbi0 to vbi3 and video0 to video3 only works all vbi,
i´m try to down frames, quality and resolution but nothing.

We'll need your help to figure out what is wrong and how it can be fixed. Could you contact our tech support and open up access to your computer for our operator for a couple of days?
