Scheduler...how does it work.

I assume that the scheduler filter modifies the down-stream modules …but doesn’t seem to be working for me.

I placed a scheduler module between the camera module and all other down-stream modules. I set the scheduler to “module on”, but the down-stream modules still function outside of the times the scheduler is set to be on (not between the start & stop times).
