Here's the thing:
If you view mails and download attachments with Mac's default mail app, there may occur troubles which some of users experience: please take a look at this discussion https://discussions.apple.com/thread/38 ... 0&tstart=0

Can you try to check your mail in a browser (through web interface)?

not may, will occur with Apple mail... the link you provided says that bad header may cause this

My mail server has indicated that your mail has errror in it

X-Comment: Sending client does not conform to RFC822 minimum requirements
X-Comment: Date has been added by Maillennium.
X-Virus-Raelly-Scanned: amavisd-new at theoceanwindow-bv.com
X-Amavis-Alert: BAD HEADER SECTION, Missing required header field: "Date"
Mime-Version: 1.0

you might want to take a look at that

Thanks for the info. We'll definitely take a look if something can be done about it.

Update: Xeoma 13.5.17 (from May, 17) has this problem solved.
