Warning! Delay updating the image......?

I have just took in use Xeoma commercial. I am no familiar with the settings. What does this mean: Warning! Delay updating the image from video source. Check current settings and working capacity of connected video source? What is wrong?
And a few questions:
1.My instalation of xeoma to Ubuntu 13.02 is not quite right. How can I repear it?
2. The motion dedection is on and xeoma sends e-mail with mjeg-file to me, but size is 0 kb (emty) . Why?

It means that for some reason the program can't get an image from your camera. In such case you should check
-if the camera is connected. If it's an IP camera, check if you can get image from the camera in its web interface (in a browser).
-if the camera uses login/password authorization, check if corresponding fields are filled in in camera's settings in Xeoma.
-try to follow steps described under "What if your camera was not found" in "+" menu in the panel below.

If none of this helps, please tell us what OS, version of Xeoma and camera's make/model you use.

Not sure if I get this one right. You can install/uninstall Xeoma simply through the program's main menu (Install menu). Do you have issues with that?

Could you attach a screenshot of your settings (the part where you set up attachment)? Looks like you set up video's fps value higher than time between messages interval. Try to set fps to a value lower than time between messages. It must help.

Hi,
I have bougth Xeoma for four cameras. My OS is Ubutu 13.02, Xeoma 13.4.5 Commercial and IP-cameras are Forscam different models. Network settings (firewall, router, ports) and login/password of my cameras are correct because IP-cameras work perfect with Zoneminder.
My problem is, that Xeoma can find only three cameras (images) and the fourth is "Waiting for image from camera.." state. When I shut down my computer and start it again Xeoma can find again three cameras (images), and the fourth is "Waiting for image from camera.." state, but now this camera is different camera than last time was. I dont understand why, bcause my licence is for four cameras?
