I was using Xeoma successfully and then upgraded to Ringtail. Now the service does not start. I tried to reinstall, but received the message:
"error while loading shared libraries: libudev.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, Ubuntu 13.04 has been reported as not supporting Xeoma. We are currently working on fixing that and hope to add compliance with Ringtail by the next release (May 17).

Great news! In Xeoma 13.5.17 we have added full support for Ubuntu Ringtail. Please download the latest version from our site to check it if works smoothly for you.
