Preview and Archive module not work properly

I started to use Xeoma 13.12.27 version in Ubuntu 12.10.
I have big problems with Preview and Archive module. I have Motion Detector before that module which activate it.
Recording self works fine, but recording preview (Archive viewing) not work sometime.
Sometimes preview (Archive viewing) stop to some timestamp and not continue anymore, even newer recording is available in HDD. When I check storage folder, there is more recorded videos available and I can open those correctly with VLC player. Xeoma Preview player not found or cannot play those.

Second problem what I have seen is that Preview module show records in time line (blue indicator in line) but it cannot start from the beginning of clip. Playing start in middle of clip. Again, if I play that clip in VLC it start from start point.

I tried uninstall and reinstall Xeoma software but still this same happens. Is there some requirement for HDD performance or why this kind of happens, any idea?

Hello!
Sorry for the late reply.

At first, tell us in which format do you record to the archive, H264 or .xem? Do you use "saving into archive without re-encoding" option?

Also we'd like to suggest you to update your version of Xeoma to the latest beta-version, it's available for download at http://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/download/
Try it and tell us about the results. Perhaps the newer version will be working fine.

Yes, I use H264 and "saving into archive without re-encoding" option.

I just updated my client to that beta version. I will report results when I have something.
