In the android version the backspace key does not work.

So it is unusable because i can't connect to server.

Thanks for the report. What version of Xeoma do you have? What is your Android device and Android version?

Does at least copy/paste work when you hold your finger in the field for a while so that you could copy the IP address from a text file and paste it instead of 'localhost'? That's just a workaround, but still please give it a try.

The device is a oneplus one with android 4.4.4, but i had the same problem with a nexus 7 with 4.3.

As you suggested the workaround worked fine.

This is not working for me. I can't get the copy/paste workaround to work either. I am using a OnePlus One on 4.4.4. Is there a config that can be edited outside the app via shell?

What version of Xeoma do you use on your Android?

I tried both 14.7.18 and beta 14.10.24. They both do the same thing.

I found another work around for this by using a bluetooth keyboard connected to android. For some reason the bluetooth keyboard backspace works.

The Android app has been much improved since then so now all regular buttons should work. Thanks for your feedback, it really helps us grow!
