Hi! I need to move Xeoma to another server. What would be the right way to do it? I don't want to lose all my archives and settings.
Thank you!

Hello!

You can un-tie your license from the current machine on your own, just visit this page:
http://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/support/ ... on-issues/

Please note that you only have a few resets for your license so we recommend to use them wisely, only when it's really necessary.
Otherwise there might come a moment when you are no longer able to re-activate your license.

Now, to move settings and archive recordings you need to do as follows:
1. Go to the Xeoma’s folder (http://felenasoft.com/xeoma/ru/articles/settings/ ) on your current machine and copy the settings.dat
file (it’s where the settings are stored) and the Preview.Archive folder – if needed (it’s where archives are stored) to a safe
place.
2. Launch and activate Xeoma on a new machine. All necessary folders will be created automatically, Turn Xeoma off there. Go to
Xeoma folder on this machine. Place these copied resources to the new Xeoma folder. Launch Xeoma again – it should “recognize” the
files and start working with them.
