the program works ok with web cam. as soon as I install any of my ip cams the program freezes. I can not even exit the program unless I do it quickly as soon as it comes on.

What version of Xeoma do you use? And what OS?

How many cameras do you add? Does server suddently stop? If it does, then there should be trace.log file created near Xeoma.exe. Could you please check it and send us the information.
