New version of Xeoma - Xeoma 13.5.31 - is released! It offers a variety of long-waited-for improvements:

- Probably, the greatest news of all: free updates period extended for 6 more months! It means that now you are able to use free updates of Xeoma for a year since license purchase date!

- Also, we added MP4 format of video to Email, Save to File and FTP upload modules, as well as to Archive export option. Thus, you are now able to view videos attached to email messages via your smart phones (like iPhones or Androids).

- As always, we constantly work on enhancing work with H264 cameras so that they can be viewed on all machines smoothly.

- Preview and Archive module introduces the newly added global setting of how much space on HDD it is required to leave free at any time.

- Group settings have more options now, and thus are more comfortable to use when you need to set up dozens of cameras.

Xeoma 13.9.27 is ready!

Wonder what's new? Here's the list:

New archive player interface with new features like motion events visualization on timeline, possibility to select date and time, playback speed, or timeline scale, or jump to the next/previous detected motion;

In Layouts we added possibility to group cameras, view a certain group and switch between groups. Also, some new Layouts are added;

Web server: you can now customize html pages - change titles, add images, etc.;

Added auto switching to a higher quality stream when going to the single camera view mode from the main screen;

Also added is possibility to run user commands for server autostart (for example, to mount NAS, etc.) - available in install menu;

Group settings: added possibility to select/unselect all modules;

User rights enhancement: added possibility to allow/restrict access to archives;

And, last but not least, we finally implemented clipboard (copy/paste) for Mac OS.

How do you customize the web pages?

You need to connect the Web server module to all cameras you'd like to view in web server. Then, go in a browser to the pages you'd like to customize (links are given in the module settings). The pages' templates will be unpacked to XeomaWeb folder in Xeoma directory.

Then, you need to open the html file for the page in text editor (even simple Notepad will do) and apply changes there. If you'd like to paste icons or pictures into the page, place them to XeomaWeb folder as well, and use commands like
<img src="?obj=YourPicName.png">.

We are excited to inform you that a beta version of the new Xeoma - Xeoma 13.10.25 - is up and ready for download at our website!

We have worked hard to make Xeoma serve your needs better. In this new beta version you will find lots of novelties and improvements and even the new service!

First of all, the archive improvements. You can now choose from which point you’d like to open archive (the beginning, the last position, last 5 minutes) and also export archive footage recorded in H264 format.

Then, we added some new customization options: SMS settings (choose and restrict operators), camera settings (USB/IP cameras prohibition).

Camera stream information display (codec, fps, bitrate) is also available from now on.

Xeoma has now become easier-to-use and more convenient for Chinese and French speaking users - we added these localizations in Xeoma 13.10.25.

And finally, we are very happy to announce our new service - Xeoma PRO Cloud - which is made to help you to create your own cloud video surveillance service!

We have done a great deal of work to improve the archive: now there is proportional removing of all archives once the space limit is reached.

And starting from now Xeoma is available for Greek and Serbian-speaking users!
