First of all, please let us know what version of Xeoma you use, what cameras (brand, model) this problem occurs on, and what URL Xeoma found for these cameras.
Does the camera support physical PTZ? Does the PTZ controls work when you log in to the camera’s web interface?
The strategy would be to
1) make sure you’re using the latest version of Xeoma (the latest for the moment is Xeoma 14.11.19). If your version is older, please update from Xeoma interface or by downloading the latest version from our site

2) make sure the camera has PTZ and it is working;
3) make sure the URL Xeoma detected for your camera is correct.
Please let us know the answers to the questions above and if possible send a couple of screenshots of settings of Universal camera module for the camera(s) that you need PTZ for to our
technical support.
