Hi,
The Video option only appears as a destination when I have a USB Camera on the PC. Is there a way that I can either Email or File video from an IP Camera during Motion Detection?

You can save Video for any type of source, incluing IP camera, with WebCam Looker 5.3 or newer, via built-in video codec (a new type of Destination).
