Issues with Webserver Module Port setting

Postby Xip--- » Wed May 18, 2016 1:05 pm

Hello,

I have some issues with the correct settings for the web-server module ports.

I use the OS X Version purchased for 4 cameras. Xeoma Server is launched by command line on OS X terminal in Applications folder
Code: Select All Code
xeoma64bit.app/Contents/MacOS/xeoma -core -log

To adjust settings, I have to open the GUI of course.

I use two cameras, each set with a webserver module to a different port (camera 1 port 10081, cam2 port 10082). I know, I could use the same port for all cameras by just changing the name of the jpg or mjpg file. But it works fine for me like that.
Now twice or three times a day I have to change the port number to a different one an then switch it back again. The module settings window says that this port would be occupied (red border). So I switch cam1 10081 to lets say 10381 and confirm it. Then I open the module again an change the port back to 10081. This works fine again for some hours. Same with cam2 and port 10082.

Any ideas why the ports don't work at any time?

PS: Why is the Felenasoft board unreachable so often?
