Set startpoint of PTZ module

I have some problem with PTZ module. Now, when camera detect any motion the PTZ module correct track the object, but not correctly back to startpoint. Just a little mistake to make the camera does not return to its original state. And at this time the new point is the new startpoint
There is any option or hard way to set startpoint of ptz usage?

As you can see, Xeoma doesn't have any setup of the start point itself. It wholly relies on what camera says is the start point. Perhaps, there is some deviation each time a camera reports its start point so it accumulates with time.

Anyway, what camera brand/model is this? We'll try to look into it
