8 cameras license says I cannot connect cam no.6

I have the license for 8 cameras
I installed 5 cameras and all ok
if I try to connect the no. 6 returns the message that I can not because the license will not let me
why?

You must have connected microphones, screen capture modules or other along with cameras. They count as sources, too. And the license is bought for sources. Delete some of the sources in use if you would like to connect other, or buy additional licenses at special offer prices.

Well, yes, they do. As well as file reading, screen capture, another Xeoma - all modules that can be found under "Sources" tab in all modules panel in detailed settings.

The question is whether you really need to connect the mic module to have audio from your camera. Unfortunately, it depends on what camera model it is. Simply put, some transfer audio bundled with video, some - via separate channels. That's why we recommend to first try Xeoma in the trial version and make sure how many sources you need to buy license for, if your cameras work stably in the program, etc.

If it is an external mic, it counts as an additional source anyway.
